Polyester fabric with panic neck opener and sewn-in weight to prevent fluttering. Due to the softening agent contained in PVC, we have decided to manufacture the already familiar safety collar solely with polyester fabric from now on. A weight is sewn into the front and back to avoid fluttering, as polyester fabric is very light. A panic neck opener in the shoulder area helps avoid strangulation.
